Packers | Crosby triggers salary escalator for 2010

Pete Dougherty, of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, reports Green Bay Packers PK Mason Crosby was scheduled to make $550,000 in 2010, but he reached incentives that boosted his salary to $1.01 million.
